1. Contact Street

Send Release 1 support requests to jerrydblount@gmail.com.

Include the affected Street public URL, the UTC time of the issue, what you expected, and what happened. Never send a password, reset token, session cookie, database URL, or full private destination query.

2. What support handles

  • Account access, verification, recovery, and session questions.
  • Link creation, lifecycle, quota, destination, and restore issues.
  • Abuse reports, restrictions, appeals, and safety questions.
  • Privacy access, correction, retention, and deletion requests.
  • Service incidents affecting required Release 1 journeys.

3. Account and identifier safety

Support does not ask for passwords or bypass Better Auth verification, recent-authentication checks, workspace permissions, or audited staff controls.

Street does not transfer, sell, release, or recycle public identifiers through customer self-service. A sole-owner account that requires an ownership transfer must use an audited support process before deletion.

4. Report a harmful link

Use the public Report this link route when a Street link may be phishing, malware, impersonation, unlawful, or otherwise abusive. The response is intentionally neutral and does not reveal a workspace owner.

5. Service incidents

Street fails redirects closed when quota, database, or safety decisions are unavailable. During an incident, include a request time and public Street URL so the operator can correlate bounded logs without collecting private payloads.

Email is the current Release 1 coordination channel. It is not an emergency service and does not guarantee an immediate response.

6. Privacy requests

State whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion and identify the account email after Street asks for verification. The final response will explain retained identifier tombstones, audit evidence, or legal and security limits that still apply.
